Brandon Baines
Brandon Baines is the CEO and founder of It’s Already Sold. Mr. Baines is a seasoned real estate agent and broker, holding his real estate license through Barney Fletcher and obtaining his Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate from Cornell University. As a Baltimore native, Mr. Baines saw real estate creating a “negative impact” on his community by watching dilapidated homes get demolished, witnessing the steady decrease in population due to abandonment of buildings, and businesses closing. In order to combat what many might see as the “negative aspects of real estate” Mr. Baines found It’s Already Sold to not only specialize in a brokerage that provides services to new construction builders but similarly produce and deliver free educational resources to homebuyers seeking information on the homebuying process. Mr. Baines found It’s Already Sold in the Metro Atlanta Area as he believes that his resources and knowledge were best suited in a city where the real estate market has exponential growth and where he believes he can use unutilized land to provide opportunities for local community members and real estate industry professionals.
Mr. Baines is a member of Council of City Growth, Greater Atlanta Home Builder Association, ELI Emerging Leader Initiative, Atlanta Business League, Empire Realist, Atlanta Board of Realtors and, Urban land Institute.
